Who We Are

Arc Labs LLC is a North Carolina company that builds family-facing learning tools, including Arc School, curriculum licenses, GPT Actions, and the Arc School MCP connector.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to helloarclabshq@gmail.com.

Information We Collect

Contact and lead information: email address, selected grade, waitlist or update source, page URL, and basic form metadata when you request a free week, join the MCP waitlist, sign up for Arc Neighborhood updates, ask for a bundle, or contact us.

Purchase information: Stripe customer/session identifiers, purchased product, license scope, and fulfillment status. Stripe processes payment card data; Arc Labs does not store full card numbers.

Usage and technical information: basic logs, browser/device information, page requests, errors, and performance signals created by hosting and security infrastructure.

Arc School account information, when using the school app: parent account details, child profile details entered by the parent, learning observations, session logs, and other curriculum progress data.

GPT Actions and MCP connector information: grade, subject, week, and optional interests included in requests for lesson content. The public demo does not require an Arc Labs account or license key.

Children's Privacy

Arc Labs products are designed for parents, guardians, and adult educators. Children should not create Arc Labs accounts or submit personal information directly.

When child-related learning information exists in Arc School, it is entered by a parent or guardian. We do not intentionally collect children's names, emails, photos, addresses, or direct contact information through the public Arc Labs site, GPT Actions, or MCP demo.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide requested downloads, operate waitlists and local update lists, deliver license purchases, run Arc School, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and decide what to build next.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

AI, GPT Actions, and MCP

Arc School GPT Actions call Arc School lesson APIs to retrieve lesson-core content. Requests may include grade, subject, week, and optional interests so the GPT can format a useful answer.

The Arc School MCP connector is a local tool server. The free demo exposes week 1 across grades K-6 and all subjects. Paid access, when available, will use a license key placed in MCP configuration, not pasted into chat.

Do not enter children's personal information, sensitive family details, payment details, or license keys into GPT prompts or MCP chat messages.

Service Providers

We use service providers to host and operate the products, process payments, store leads, send or manage email, provide authentication/database infrastructure, and support AI-powered features.

Current or planned providers may include Vercel, Stripe, Supabase, Google Workspace/Sheets, Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, and email delivery providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Arc Labs.

Retention

We keep contact and waitlist records while they are useful for the requested product or early-access program. Purchase and license records are kept as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and support.

Arc School account and learning records are retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested. Aggregated or de-identified operational data may be retained longer.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your email address by contacting helloarclabshq@gmail.com.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or waitlist emails using the unsubscribe option in those emails or by contacting us directly.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, limited access to production systems, environment-variable protection for secrets, payment processing through Stripe, and scoped database access where applicable.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security issue affecting personal information, we will respond and notify affected users when required.

Changes

We may update this policy as Arc Labs products change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the policy last changed.
