When you contact us

The project form collects your name, email address, selected service and message, plus business or website details if you provide them. We use this information to respond, understand your request and discuss potential work. You can also choose to tell us how you heard about Arc Labs, which helps us understand how people discover our services.

Resend delivers the inquiry to our business email inbox. Your email address is used as the reply address. Avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, referring websites, pages viewed, service interest and whether inquiries are submitted successfully. Our PostHog configuration uses cookieless measurement and does not create identified visitor profiles.

We do not send form field contents to our analytics services or enable session recordings. Page URLs sent for analytics exclude query strings and fragments; PostHog referring URLs are reduced to the website domain. For links we share, we separately retain a small set of approved campaign labels, such as X or LinkedIn, in tab session storage so we can understand which links lead to inquiries. We do not retain arbitrary URL parameters. An analytics opt-out preference is stored locally in your browser when you choose to disable measurement. Analytics counts help us improve the site and do not establish that a visitor became a customer.

Service providers and records

Our website hosting, email and analytics providers process information needed to deliver their services. Hosting and delivery systems may also process technical request information for security and operation. Inquiry correspondence may remain in our business email records while we respond to your request or work together.

Analytics retention depends on our provider plans and project settings. Contact us if you have questions about information you have shared or would like to request its deletion; we will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained.
