I’m a product and marketing operator who got tired of watching AI change the work from the sidelines. Arc Labs is where I build the proof: software, agent systems, and products grounded in real life.
I do the work around a full-time job and family life. That constraint shapes the studio: clear strategy, small teams, practical systems, and products that have to earn their place.

How I work
My laptop and phone are the front end. A Mac mini keeps the repos, agents, checks, and private knowledge system moving in the background. I keep the strategy, taste, and final decisions human.

A private family memory app for catching the words, jokes, and tiny observations photographs miss.
A parent-guided K–6 homeschool platform built to make structured learning more usable for working families.
What started as strategy, code, and QA agents passing Markdown became a portable team for working across AI coding tools.
