03 / Process Automation

Less copying, chasing and repetitive work.

We build process automations that connect the tools you use—from collecting an inquiry to creating a task, sending a reminder or preparing information for review.

A good fit when

Start with the job
you need done.

  • The same information gets copied between forms, spreadsheets and other tools.
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering every step.
  • Preparing a recurring report means repeating the same collection and sorting work.

Show us what happens today: the trigger, each step, the tools and the exceptions. We identify what can follow a fixed rule, where AI might help and which decisions need a person. The first working version is tested with normal inputs and awkward cases.

Possible projects

A few ways we could help.

Examples to start a conversation. We shape the project around your needs, tools and budget.

Intake and follow-up

Turn an inquiry into a record, assign the next step and remind the right person when it needs attention.

Research and recurring reports

Collect information from agreed sources, organize it and prepare a report for someone to review.

Reusable AI skills

Build and test skill files that help an AI tool follow a repeatable research, writing or review process, with clear inputs and checks.

Scope before commitment

Three ways to get started.

01

Automate a task

Turn a form submission into a task, send a reminder or automate another repeatable action.

  • One trigger and output across up to two tools
  • Testing and a walkthrough in your own accounts

One defined task.

02

Connect a process

Connect intake, review and follow-up into one repeatable process.

  • Connected steps across up to three tools
  • Human review, failure alerts and operating notes

One process, tested and handed over.

03

Coordinate workflows

Join related processes, such as intake, approvals and reporting.

  • Up to three workflows with documented recovery steps
  • Team walkthrough and an operating guide

Agreed tools and a named owner in your business.

What happens after the build?

The workflow is configured in agreed accounts you own. You receive operating notes, a walkthrough and clear recovery steps. Someone in your business owns the process after handover. Monitoring, tool subscriptions and changes when an integration evolves are agreed separately.

We agree the brief, review a first working version together, then complete the final handover.

Before you

Does every automation need an AI agent?

No. Moving a form response into another tool can often use a fixed rule. AI may help summarize or classify less structured material, but adds review needs. We choose the simplest approach that does the agreed job.

Will you need access to our tools?

Usually. We agree which accounts and permissions are needed, use test data where practical and build in accounts your business controls. Compatibility and access are checked before work starts.

What happens if something fails?

The scope defines review points, failure alerts and recovery steps appropriate to the workflow. Processes that send messages, update records or use AI need clear ownership and a way to check important actions.

How do we decide whether the setup is worth it?

Measure the time and errors in the current task, then compare the working version including review and upkeep. Software fees and maintenance count too. Start with one recurring task before committing to a larger system.

Tell us what
you have in mind.

Describe a repetitive task, how often it happens and which tools it uses. You do not need to design the solution first.

No package decision needed. We’ll reply by email to clarify your idea and arrange a short call if useful.

Your details are used to respond to your inquiry. Sending this form starts a conversation; work begins only after you approve a proposal. Privacy details.
