Agreement
By using Arc School (arclabshq.com), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Arc School is operated by Arc Labs LLC.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Arc School. Arc School is designed for use by parents and legal guardians. By creating an account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter.
Your account
You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at helloarclabshq@gmail.com.
Your child’s data
By using Arc School, you consent to the collection and processing of your child’s learning data (grade level, interests, mastery observations, assessment results) as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the authority to provide this consent as the child’s parent or legal guardian.
The curriculum
Arc School provides educational content and scheduling tools. We are not a school, and we do not issue diplomas, transcripts, or certifications. It’s your responsibility to ensure your homeschool practices comply with your state’s requirements.
Curriculum content is designed to align with Common Core State Standards and other published educational standards. However, we don’t guarantee that our curriculum meets the specific requirements of any state, district, or standardized test.
AI features
Some Arc School features use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic’s Claude). AI-generated content (alternative explanations, scaffolding, schedule suggestions) is designed to support your teaching — not replace your judgment. You should always review AI suggestions and use your own knowledge of your child to decide what’s appropriate.
AI features are provided as-is. AI can make mistakes. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for your specific child.
Subscriptions and payments
Arc School offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes don’t apply to your current billing cycle.

Founding Families program
Founding Families receive complimentary access to paid features during the founding period. Founding Family benefits (including permanent pricing discounts) are non-transferable and apply to the original account holder only. Arc Labs reserves the right to modify the Founding Families program with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Arc School to: violate any law, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape content for commercial use, or misrepresent your identity.
Intellectual property
All curriculum content, lesson plans, and platform code are the property of Arc Labs LLC. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial homeschool education. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Arc School content.
Limitation of liability
Arc School is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Arc Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: educational outcomes, compliance issues with state homeschool laws, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Arc School is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
